The challenge
In a law firm a missed deadline cannot be undone, and existing tools are either single-language or legal chatbots with no traceability. Data from different firms must never mix, and no AI output can be used without a verifiable source.
The solution
A matter-first architecture: a deterministic deadline engine kept separate from the AI, which suggests but never decides, explicit autonomy levels with recorded human approval, firm isolation enforced in the database itself (fail-closed without context), and native Arabic/French parity.
