The challenge
Between the field and the plate, middlemen capture farmers' margins and inflate prices for families. The platform had to work in Arabic, stay simple for producers new to digital tools, and support payment methods that fit the Tunisian market.
The solution
A complete marketplace: free farmer onboarding, farm profiles with videos, an interactive regional map, local specialty guides, and payment by bank card, e-Dinar, D17 or cash on delivery, with farm pickup, relay points or home delivery.
The results
A working national short supply chain: hundreds of farms visible online, fresh products at fair prices and a showcase for Tunisian organic farming.
